We started Uptown Pet Services over 10 years ago and our mission and goal has always stayed the same: take care of our customers pets like they're our own. And that means coming to you and your home for more than just a 30-minute visit or to feed them. We routinely walk, play and train your animal to make sure that they're not just getting love, but they're also getting some well-deserved exercise.

Our mission

Jack and his team have been great! We've used them for scheduled dog walks, last minute dog walks, vacation care, and cat visits. The team is always prompt and sends cute messages with picture updates when visiting or caring for our pets. Jack had a walk through meet and greet before starting services and laid out everything we needed to know. We have had zero issues and Jack is always super accommodating. The auto-pay and online payment service is super easy and quick as well! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a pet sitter in the area, Jack is the guy to call! We got a puppy and needed a daily dog walker to start the following week. I called around to a bunch of places and Jack was the most responsive and had a flexible schedule as well. He texts us a picture of my puppy after every walk and lets me know how it went. He also lets us know when he hires more people and our new walker, Jen, is also great! They are very flexible with last minute cancellations, which I appreciate since my schedule is always changing.
